spinsph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
spinsph is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit copies of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be suspended and withdrawals withheld pending completion of the verification process.
spinsph supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). spinsph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude spinsph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
spinsph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.
You may close your account at any time by contacting spinsph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any amounts owed to spinsph) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the spinsph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact spinsph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. spinsph will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
spinsph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, spinsph will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the spinsph Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
